When I received the shapewear, it was exactly as described, for those who are concerned about the straps not holding them or too thin, I will tell you that the photo is not true. They are beautiful, fat and do a good job. I will say I had a few issues with the straps loosening but if you twist them at the very end they stay in place all day. The longest I've worn was 8 layers and I've had no complaints. When it came time to use the tub I hesitated, but the wide opening made it easy to use and absolutely no chafing! I really love it!
