I like that we can see what our audience looks at, how long they look for each screen in an app or website as well as their activity while inside of these apps/websites.

This allows us to make changes where needed without having any guess work involved! Sometimes it takes some time before you get used to using all features but once your use them often enough everything becomes easier than expected. Try out different tools available online so that there are many options when choosing which one works best suited into your needs. We have been able to track who uses certain pages within websites by looking up specific keywords and seeing if those people also open other related content (such as social posts).
