Having owned a laptop for several months I can say that my leap of faith in buying a refurbished Amazon was worth it BUT I had to do a little work . It wasn't perfect and it still isn't perfect. There is a tiny white dot on the screen where some pixels have died (I think) and when I first spotted it I had to call Apple Support to get iMessage and Facetime to work on it. I then had to take it to the Apple Store to have the keyboard repaired as some of the keys weren't working. Luckily I had Apple Care so the shipping and repair costs were good. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and recommend this seller, but I'll probably buy a new one next time.
