I bought some of these shelves a few years ago to store polish and other small items and while they worked they didn't have end pieces so things fell off. They have little tabs that slide over the ends and hold everything on the shelves. Acrylic is nice and dense so they last a long time. I hung them on the wall behind the bathroom door and now they hold all my nail polishes and a few other small items. They don't protrude very far from the wall so don't interfere with the door, so I just got a lot of storage space in a room that wasn't used before. Great shelves!
