Replaced with a third unit and still after a short while, same issue. Says its unlocked but will not open. Sent email for support and they wanted a video. Made the video and no reply. Unfortunately they are cheaply made and are not reliable.Update; on to a fourth one out of the six I have bought. Still cannot send back for refund and seller still states the video is not clear of what it needs.All junk and would not recommend due to no customer support to correct issues.

Install was easy, didn't love that I had to drill through my door, in case the lock doesn't work out but that's my only complaint so far.I placed it out doors under a very small awning where it may experience a small amount of water during a heavy rain. We purchased this lock for our personal hone. We love love this lock! We’ve had the parakeet lock and a number of other keyless entry locks as we are property managers and provide keyless entry locks for all our properties. This lock far exceeds all of the others. It is so much easier to install than the other brands! It is far more sturdier,and user friendly! And most of all the fingerprint is the best feature it offers in comparison to the others!

nice product. easy to set up and install. the problem we have had is it keeps dropping the saved info. batteries are fresh and secure. it just does not hold the codes like it should. i have yet to reach customer service on this issue. we like it. we just get locked out.

Love everything about it so easy to use .my husband has a traumatic brain injury and has trouble with keys and keypads, with this device he can come and go as he pleases without the fear of getting locked out. grandkids love it too they think it's the most amazing thing on earth loved it so much bought another one for my daughter. and am going to buy one for my backdoor and guarge .nice not having to carry keys and it locks when door shuts so no worries of someone walking in on me.just love it

I referred to instructions once. Most of it was self explanatory of you have already installed various door handles/locks etc. Programming no too hard. If you have tech inclination, you dont need instructions. Haven't tried to pull an access log yet but everything else works great!

This is the second "smart lock" I have owned and it was a lot cheaper than the first one, but it is WAY better! Everything works as it should and it was easier and cleaner to install than the previous one. And it has already lasted longer than the last one (Turbolock brand). I bought this unit to replace another biometric lock on my front door. Unpacking it, I could immediately see it was heavy and well-built. Installation was easy because it fit in the exact same hole as the previous lock - I think it took less than 15 minutes. Documentation is a little odd, but not too difficult to understand. Has been through rain snow ect. still works fine. The fingerprint might act up but thats only because of moisture on sensor or finger. Key cards work fine just have to program them. Pin worked fine even wet. Im sure it's not for outdoor use but it's holding up just fine !

It took me a minute to figure out that you couldn't use more than one thing (fingerprint, passcode, key fob) for the same user. each thing is a different user. once i figured that out it was pretty easy to use. Gave it 4 stars because i wish it was slightly bigger to fully cover where my deadbolt was

Most reviews are saying the FP reader doesn't work. Mine didn't at first until I changed the privacy switch on the interior door from privacy to "general". Works perfect now and I was about 5 mins from sending it back to ebay
