I wrote a bad review.see, below. I contacted HARFO customer service and they said they will send me a new lock with instructions. From what I saw of the lock it appears to be sturdy. Installing it took a minute, mostly human error and the placement of the winfiw in mt current door. The bottom screw doesn't like to stay put, so there's tape holding it from falling out. Hopefully when I get my new door it'll go more smoothly. Much easier than hiding a key for the kids and hoping it gets put back.

I loved everything about this knob, until it completely stopped working. I bought it may 2021, it stopped working july 2022. Save your money buy a knob, you won’t have to replace yearly.

We really like this door knob, with 3 ways entry is a plus, when I come home with packages I can choose , fingerprinting or the little card. I like that you can put batteries or charge with usb cord. Easy to install. I highly recommend.

Easy to install, easy to program. The instructions look like they were typed in Chinese though and lazily Google translated before printing. Which can make it difficult for some people to figure out. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the hole drilling guide they give you didn't actually mark the correct spot for the extra hole I needed to drill for installation so now there's an ugly gash behind the doorknob because I had to drill a second hole very close to the first one.

I received this item yesterday and planned to return back as i was not able to unlock it even though fingerprint says its unlock .I didn't get any support to identify/fix the problem. I went through all the setup step by step one more time and found i missed to use pin to lock the bar with front knob . I am rating it 4 as customer support is very poor.

The lock was not working properly and I dismantled it to discover the issue. It was a defect in the doornob turning mechanism. I fixed it mechanically, but it doesn't function smoothly. Should've gone with a mainstream brand.

The doorknob looks nice and was pretty easy to install. The programming instructions are easy to follow and understand as well.

Its pretty cool to walk up to your door with someone new and put your finger on the print reader and have it open like your entering some fbi cave. I installed it a little crooked while following directions, a little annoying so I took a break and came back to it later where it all fell into place. Touch pad for numbers is very sensitive. The lock is pretty cool, what I don’t like is the doorknob is not long enough and it’s not that easy to turn other than that I would’ve gave it a five star

Great product. Only complaint is that the knob is hard to grasp as it doesn’t stick out very far and I have arthritis. Otherwise it’s been wonderful.

Everything was perfect just as described only negative/down fall is it was missiŕng a piece to hide the key function and the only option being given is to replace the whole unit itself vs. sending out just the specific piece needed since it is all currently installed***update door still does not lock 😥

I cannot tell you how many times this lock has left me outside of my house. The secure lock option is very easily turned on, if turned on, the lock does not let me go inside. It runs out of battery out of nowhere with no warning & it does not let you get inside the house. Please save your money & your time and do not buy this lock!

No regrets buying this, honestly well worth the money would consider buying this for group homes where privacy is a factor. or even at any place if you live with other people and worry about people invading your private space.
