I wrote a bad review.see, below. I contacted HARFO customer service and they said they will send me a new lock with instructions. From what I saw of the lock it appears to be sturdy. I can't tell you anything else because they didn't send me a manual with the first lock they sent me. I'll keep you posted. Below was my orginial review. I will say the customer service is great. As long as they send me a new lock,They sent me the lock with no instructions. I went on youtube and found a product similar to this one and was able to figure out how to install it. The problem is, I can't program it. There is nothing on line that I can find to progam the Harfo K1 Fingerprint Door Lock. Google it and see if you can find instructions. It's ridiciolus! One other thing, they tell you to drill a hole in the door for no reason. Don't do it.
