Replacement cover does the job but could do with improvement. The material is not very soft, made of 100% polyester. All tags are on the outside of the cover where you need to cut them carefully and close to the fabric so you don't feel them or only feel them when using the pillow. My biggest complaint is not only with this removable cover, but also with the Velcro attached. If you use the pillow and toss and turn all night like all pregnant women do, the velcro lip is at the top so it pushes back and you can feel the spiky velcro against your skin. With a few small tweaks, this really could have been a great product, but unfortunately it's not.
