This replacement cover is a total letdown. The material is scratchy and uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Not to mention, it's way too expensive for such poor quality. On the plus side, the design is cute, but that's about it. Save your money and invest in a better cover for your baby pillow.

For the record, clean upholstery on this pillow is a headache. Having said that, I cannot stress enough the softness and comfort of this pillow which has brought it into the 2nd and especially the 3rd trimester. I usually just wrapped the velcro around myself and not the "stem" side of the pillow. The extra weight wasn't a problem, but I had a pretty bad restless leg and the free end of the "hook" just gave me something more targeted to twitch. Replacement cover does the job but could do with improvement. The material is not very soft, made of 100% polyester. All tags are on the outside of the cover where you need to cut them carefully and close to the fabric so you don't feel them or only feel them when using the pillow. My biggest complaint is not only with this removable cover, but also with the Velcro attached.
