These little rose hips are so adorable! The material they are made of is very soft and breathable. The fit is just right. You know your child better than anyone and based on that you should have a better idea of whether or not they are right for you. If your child is smaller, please take this into account. I think there is no real average but my kid wears 4T/5T for tops but he has short legs and he wears 3T ok and 4T is a bit loose and these boxers fit him perfectly at the waist but the legs seem lumpy to be a little free (it doesn't matter to me). They've survived multiple wash/dry cycles with no issues. The color looks the same, the stitching is still in perfect condition and the overall condition of the garment is just great. I wish there were more designs because I definitely want to buy him more.
