Broken zip works best with kids backpacks
I was very happy with this backpack and everything works as advertised except for one thing: zips for the small outside pocket. Lightning jammed badly at best, but in most cases it didn't work at all. I sent the first backpack back and bought a second one but encountered the exact same issue.
