For the money you are trying to save on all other overpriced products this is the best value. I do not use the lotion tank from a separate section. I rub the ointments that I need to apply directly onto my testicles and it is effective and doesn't waste lotion, especially when it comes to treating rheumatoid arthritis and other rheumatoid diseases. It glides on like you would expect if you just rub the ointment into your testicles. The handle is made of lightweight plastic, so you can't squeeze hard for fear of it breaking in half. Overall, I give 4 stars considering the price, delivery time, application options and ease of use.
