Review on CiviHR by Peter Zouhair

I like that it's easy enough that anyone can manage their employee records, but still powerful enough to get things done at scale. It doesn't have all of our specific needs yet (such as payroll), so we're using other systems in parallel while they work out what else they need from us! Easy system to use with any level of tech savvy - you don't even really notice it being there unless something goes wrong or when someone new joins your team. They are very responsive to feedback/requests which has been crucial to getting them where we want them today! We've had some issues around data quality and keeping track of who does what across departments - this makes collaboration between teams more difficult than necessary sometimes. But if those problems aren't solved then no one will be happy anyway :) Great way to keep everyone up to date with changes made by others without having to ask people constantly about every little thing. Being able to see how much hours each person works per week.
