The material is never applied to the nails properly, no matter how much preliminary work was done or how you filed it. I use these types of nails all the time and have never seen them just not work. I've never had them last more than a day and not peel off. They come off when you wash your hands or do something else. They leave incredibly sticky marks on your nails and have an intense chemical odor that comes off your nails when removed from the glue. In general it's terrible. It is better to paint your nails with a layer of cheap paint.
