Good thing. I practically do not use the maximum pressure, the average one is enough. Nozzles, except for the main ones, are just toys. Pros: Capacious reservoir. Rarely have you needed to refill the water if you wash your teeth after the main brushing. Got cons: The first one was from America, I didn’t clean it, so a little more than a year and a half later it jammed. After use, even when you drive it out of it at idle, there are residual water in the tank and flow out from below - it infuriates that the irrigator is standing in a puddle.
