Not exactly what I'm hoping for. df

I wanted a non-rotating knife like the one I've had for four 40 years. It's ok, but it doesn't cut as smoothly or easily as my old one.

Pros

STAINLESS STEEL BLADE stays razor sharp year after year. The double cutting edges make the Topenca economy knife comfortable for every hand. Dishwasher safe, non-corrosive, stain and odor resistant.

Almost everything is fine
