Reviews of these earring pads are mixed but they really are great. I'm a jewelry designer on Etsy and have purchased these at least half a dozen times to use on my earrings and they are interchangeable with earrings I've also purchased elsewhere. Yes they are small but to be honest they look great and are less noticeable. They provide a snug fit for who wants their earrings to fall out and they are 100% sterling silver and have never irritated my sensitive ears. This is a great find.
