Reviews of these earring pads are mixed but they really are great. I'm a jewelry designer on Etsy and have purchased these at least half a dozen times to use on my earrings and they are interchangeable with earrings I've also purchased elsewhere. Yes they are small but to be honest they look great and are less noticeable. They provide a snug fit for who wants their earrings to fall out and they are 100% sterling silver and have never irritated my sensitive ears. This is a great find.

I ordered these earrings after losing my good earrings. After using them for just one day, my ears became severely inflamed. I'm allergic to every type of metal except surgical steel, sterling silver or gold, so I figured I'd be fine. After my ears healed I tried the pads several times, each time using a different pad from the pack, and my ears got infected. They matched my earrings well and were sturdy, but whatever they were, it wasn't what they say.
