Will not fit my Chevy Performance 350/290 SBC engine. When I was finishing up a Chevy Performance 350/290 engine mod I wanted to fit it in with my new comp cam for added dual reel insurance. Unfortunately, the cam sprocket catches in the oil chamber bosses around the cam lobe, and you can't get the sprocket flush onto the cam unless the cam is pushed forward and seated (and yes, the sprocket was facing the right way). Came back to performance Chevy with a roller (which is MUCH stronger for the record) and it installed with no problems, has now driven 500 miles on it. Just thought people would like to know that this doesn't work on a 350/290 box engine.
