The tablet holder is a great solution (especially in its price range). It's lightweight, holds the tablet securely, and is stable when the tablet is installed. I have a couple of comments: (1) (minor) the head adjustment (tablet angle etc.) is easy; It's just a hand screw holding the head in place wherever you position it. (2) (small) The head is attached to the tripod shaft with a screw. My connection was loose/wobbly. I wasn't sure if tightening the screw would actually fix the problem, so I epoxy sealed the connection since it wasn't necessary to separate it. (3) (More important) Inserting the tablet into the mount is a little daunting, especially when you mount the mount on a stand (which I do): the tablet is held in place by two spring-loaded arms that try to pull hard toward the center the tablet. The levers can be pulled out with little effort so that the tablet can be inserted. I imagine that if you don't clamp the corners of the tablet to the end of the lever, releasing the levers could catapult the tablet across the room. I suggest setting up the tablet as a two-person job (one holds the tablet, the other pulls to extend arms. I did it alone, but it's a little scary pulling at the same time to use the two spring-loaded Extend arms Trying to keep the tablet in the right place Don't let my sophistry get you down I think it's a great device.
