Holds the tablet firmly but is a bit difficult to mount

The tablet holder is a great solution (especially in its price range). It's lightweight, holds the tablet securely, and is stable when the tablet is installed. I have a couple of comments: (1) (minor) the head adjustment (tablet angle etc.) is easy; It's just a hand screw holding the head in place wherever you position it. (2) (small) The head is attached to the tripod shaft with a screw. My connection was loose/wobbly. I wasn't sure if tightening the screw would actually fix the problem, so I…

Pros
  • Cool product

This iPad music stand should have been on the cover of Revain products! I never found it in my search for Revain, but this is exactly the iPad holder I was looking for! I heard about it from a fellow musician but was then able to find it on Revain once I had a specific name. That's great! It easily holds my iPad in the original Apple protective case and the holders are flexible, rubberized and non-slip. All adjustment knobs are easy to operate and finger tighten, no tools required. The stand's…

The perfect iPad stand for professional musicians!

I'm a professional violinist and this is a game changer! I had another iPad stand that was fine and then the threads on the ball mount broke and it couldn't be used. I'm so glad I found this Nootle as a replacement as the legs are wider and therefore more durable for outdoor (aka wind) performance, its height is adjustable for sitting or standing and the ball mount is amazing from an attainment perspective an angel. absolutely right. It takes me a few seconds to unscrew the bracket to fit…

Not as good as expected.

My wife needs a stand to record her tennis practice on her iPad. I gave up the cheaper Revain in favor of this product which seemed more reliable and stable. While the iPad is convenient to fold, carry, and clamp, as well as adjust its height and position, other buyers should consider (1) the iPad may not come in a form of foldable protective case that most of us use; it has to be installed by yourself slippery (2) opening the lower legs was difficult because all these sliding joints are quite…

This product is great for musicians as it is not as cluttered as a music stand and can display music charts (like iReal Pro ) for multiple players. When a friend used it I had to ask what it was because I really liked it. I'm not sure why there are two universal sizes (large and small) or if it's better to change the name to small and large since universal sounds like one size fits all. So be careful if you have both a 12.9-inch iPad Pro and an iPad mini. You will need an extra head to…

Great iPad Stand - Tablet Accessory

I use it to hold my iPad Pro 12.9 for music. The stand is light, strong, easy to assemble and almost infinitely adjustable. I had three other musicians ask me about it and, unsurprisingly, each bought one. I also like that it comes with a zip case. I made a sousaphone lyre adapter to hold an iPad clip. I can use my smaller (and older) iPad for hiking. I don't know if it works, but it's nice to know that the iPad clip fits a variety of iPad sizes. I also made an adapter that attaches to the…

This is the trick for me!

I needed a stand for the iPad Pro that I could use while listening to music, often outdoors. I was concerned that in windy weather it would be too light to stay upright. (No, it's strong!) My friends who use a music stand need to chase papers when the wind is strong. This thing stays stable all the time, even when the wind pushes the iPad like a sail. That's pretty remarkable. I was concerned about having to take the case off and put it back on when using it. (No, the case fits the "mouth"…

Almost a great stand!

Stable, well-made stand. Part of the 'stand' ie. And the clip that holds the iPad is also well made and works great. But an otherwise excellent product suffers greatly from a cheap, almost unusable pan head. These heads have to be well designed and precision made or it won't work. And this is a ball with a capital "D". Eventually I stopped constantly reconfiguring it, fiddling with it, and watching it buckle under the weight of the iPad. I bought a decently made ball head and it solves the…
