When you insert a SIM card, it can slip out of the SIM card slot and into the case.

The width and height of the outer slot in the housing are significantly larger than the socket. The Micro-SIM slips right past the plug and gets lost in the housing. Put the case on after 4 tries and cut my hand to recover a lost SIM card and found the problem. Plug your SIM card into a power outlet and you're good to go. Unfortunately, since their technicians ignored me for two months, I have already ordered the MOFI 4500 at 9 times the price, and this device is better. So now I have a replacement?
