It's hard to take something standard like a vise and be happy that it does what it's supposed to do - unless you've tried a pair that does didn't work! The pin size is the size of a 5/8" jig table, inserts easily and locks securely. The handle release is smooth and the "quick-grip" style screw adjuster is a great idea to help you make quick adjustments during of the setup. Your work. I would rate them 5 stars but they are quite expensive, too much. I bought some cheap bench vises, cut off the lower jaw and welded on a 5/8" screw. They work almost as well, a toss up not far from my $5 home version, but the cost is easier to swallow. If you have the money just buy it, you will be satisfied with the mechanical quality and performance even if the price is quite high.
