Doesn't work at all

Reflectivity is fine but it doesn't stick to anything, including itself. I've tried using it to mark, prep and apply surfaces on a few devices. The tape came off after a few hours. Tried again, same result. Even tried a third time and heated the tape, no improvement. I do not recommend this product.
