I like how easy it is for my customers/employees to utilize this program as they are always checking out or paying at any given moment which makes me more efficient! Also if there's an issue that occurs within the store then we have access via our computer, phone app etc so its easier than calling customer service (which would take time).
Definitely recommend using this product instead of paper tickets because everything gets entered into one database once payment has been made allowing us to keep track of sales from each day up until present date. I like that it's easy for customers to order through my app or website as well as being able to see when orders are placed at any of our stores. It's great because we have so many different locations and this makes tracking everything much easier! There is nothing about this product that I dislike but if there was anything, I would say maybe make the price cheaper? We've been using Simpras since 2011 and they have made managing all aspects of running our store very efficient.
