These clips work BUT I didn't like the holes they left after use. After doing my best not to drop, hit, or otherwise damage the wood during cutting, sanding, staining, or painting, the last thing I want to do is fix eight holes and hope the putty doesn't show through.after they're painted became. . The holes they leave, especially in softer woods, can be almost 1/8 inch wide and they can even make a proud repair spot. Although they served their purpose I would not buy them again.
