This is a MUST if you use your tubeless mountain bike. As good as tubeless headphones are, sometimes you get a hole that just won't close. Yes you can put a hose in but then you have a mess, it will take a lot of time, you have to take out the valve stem etc. And then when you get home you have to undo all that work. With them, you just stick one (or sometimes two) in the hole, add some air and you're done, there's nothing else to do. I have driven 2000 miles on the tires which I have sealed with no problems.
