Good VHF sensitivity, unlike most flat antennas

Good results on all VHF and VHF stations rated as "strong" signals (for my location) in the FCC TV station database . My Hi-VHF station (HF channel 10) was not being picked up by my 3 element gain Terk indoor antenna and was very weak on bunny ears but good on Philips. Phillips had slightly better UHF sensitivity than either Terk or Rabbit Ears. My reception area is a bit complicated: ground floor, difficult terrain, ten miles from the towers. Setup was very easy and the cables were long so they could be positioned for better reception. Antenna alignment was important with VHF, but less so with UHF. You may find that placing it on a TV or window does not produce the best results. In my case I adjusted the mount to sit horizontally on the table and rotated it to get the best signal. I consider this product to be one of the best small indoor antennas available, especially if you need to pick up stations on VHF HF channels. . (The displayed channel is most likely not the same as the HF channel. For example, WWBT has a display channel of 12 and an HF channel of 10.) Most flat indoor antennas have poor, if any, VHF reception.
