Hello! I am a professional Thai boxer and work with a boxing trainer twice a week. I'm far from a proper boxer and I train boxing in my Thai style stance but I loved the idea of training in boxing shoes and was thrilled to see a pair of boxing shoes ringside at Vine. First of all, Ringside doesn't seem as popular as it used to be, but my boxing trainer and 3-time Golden Gloves champion is obsessed and says it's the BEST brand for boxing. Shoes are no exception. I'm a women's size 10 and this shoe fits true to size. I've worn them 5-6 times now and haven't felt any rubbing or discomfort as one would expect during a break-in period. The outsole is very changeable and doesn't get stuck on the mats. The shank is high but not too high, although I have to loosen it well to remove it later. Finally, these are very nice shoes and I get a lot of compliments on them. As a veteran martial artist wearing boxing shoes for the first time, I would highly recommend this pair of ringside boxing boots!
