I bought this brace after experiencing shooting pains from my biceps and triceps to my shoulder from swinging a hammer at work. It does the job and supports you when you need it where you need it, my only gripe and why I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because it has a breathable fabric with holes inside after a long day at work when I got it I had a series of spots around my biceps and the tissue was digging in causing these blistery pimples on my skin. Felt and looked like a rash. I have to put on a sleeve so it doesn't dig in anymore.
