I like rolling the fascia of the foot and also use a foot massager to loosen the fascia and prevent plantar fasciitis. This ice metal ball works very well. I've found that standing and rolling the bow works best on the rounded piece. I also think an ice ball around your neck would be great if or when you get a migraine. I want to try it to cool and relax my back muscles (cold reduces inflammation). I think it can be good for wrists that hurt from too much texting and typing which can lead to carpal tunnel problems. All in all, a good therapeutic tool for those of us who exercise and sometimes tend to overdo it, or for those of us who are just overtired!
