I use this GPS mount on my cruiser. So far it has worked very well. In my case, the installation was a bit tedious due to my windshield and my choice of installation location. On any bike without such obstacles, installation is a breeze. It was doable, just did a little examination of my patients. The supplied rubber pads ensure a secure, non-slip connection to the handlebars. I'm deducting a star because the "ball" that holds the GPS mount appears to be slightly smaller than the windshield mount that came with my RoadMate. This allows the unit to flex more freely than it should and I've found that it needs the occasional adjustment from time to time, especially when the road is rough. It can also be problematic if, like me, you switch off the navigation system when parking the motorcycle. You need to hold the mount with one hand and remove the GPS with the other. With that exception, the mount has worked flawlessly for me and I'm not worried about losing the device while driving. I recommend this product as an inexpensive (compared to other brands) way to install a Magellan RoadMate on a motorcycle.
