It has not happened for a long time but I am still very satisfied with it. I'm giving it four stars because it was easy for them to add an equalizer button. It is inconvenient to enter the menu to adjust the equalizer. Also, I like the feel of the buttons and the bezel in general. appears to be of a higher quality than many Pioneer units I've seen. And it looks great and stylish in my car. My iPhone SE connects and works well with the ARC app using a regular charging cable. Once you install the app, you can go straight to Spotify every time without having to open ARC. No problems with the sound quality, although I'm not a professional. a 10-inch subwoofer is also connected to it. All in all, I can recommend this device without hesitation.
