Review on 💡 GeeekPi USB Isolator Module ADUM3160 - High-Voltage Protection for USB Devices with Digital Isolation (5KV ESD Max) by Seth Damain

From time to time I use my laptop to stream sound through my speaker system. I had a cheap laptop charger and it was making a lot of noise in the audio system. Place this little baby between the laptop and the audio interface I was using and the noise is gone! I gave it a star because direction matters. The interface connects to my laptop with a USB AA cable (same connector on each end) so I tried the isolator on the end of the interface first and nothing worked. Note that you MUST place this device at the end of the HOST connection you wish to isolate. Maybe it goes without saying, but that's the mistake I made.
