The system has made our communication process so much smoother! Our team communicates more effectively than ever before as well because we are able see all messages at once now instead just having an inbox for each person who works in my department or project management area; it helps us keep track better too since there's no need anymore trying guess where emails could be sent from if you're not sure which one was their intended recipient (which can happen often).

I dislike how complicated some things still seem sometimes especially when creating new projects/communication channels but they have been working hard over time improving this aspect by themselves already after listening closely about what users needs were - therefore making improvements easier. We've realized many benefits like increased efficiency &amp speedier processes etc., It also allows teams work together faster via instant message boards without any hassle regarding scheduling meetings due date conflicts ect.
