They work for what I need, but they're noisy; not in vibration but in electrical noise. Strong electrical noise. They are powered by a 12V battery, have PWM gearing and make an annoying squeak. Other fans I've used don't do this and to see if my PWM got messed up I tried a brand new fan from a different brand and it's silent at all speed changes. No, these fans make noise unless they're running at full blast, and then they still make an annoying high-pitched electrical screech. I will find another solution. I think everyone gets what they pay for. There's a reason this item is so cheap.
