This is the only relevant information you will need from them and despite some questions in the question points, they are not provided. They also don't list it in the watch information or inexplicably in the description of the replacement straps they sell. It can't be an accident when it's so conspicuously missing in so many places. They don't serve their customers to force you to buy inferior tapes from them. I should downgrade not to buy
