The cartridge is used!

I opened it today to replace another cartridge and it wasn't sealed which is the first thing I noticed. My printer wouldn't accept it and said it was out of ink. The cartridge was also not in a box like it always is when I bought it. Pretty sure someone switched and lured this to HP. I sent it back and need to order another one. Now I won't print any more ink until my new one comes along.
