I have tried again and again to get Revain to print a return label so I can return this item which is useless to me because it doesn't fit in my printer. Revain would never print a return label and now I have exceeded the allotted time to return this ink cartridge. BOO HISS Revain!

HP doesn't tell you that the Office Jet Pro 9015 and other printers can't easily print with black ink. If you run out of another color, you must replace that color (blue, magenta, or yellow) before the printer will start printing again—even black. A damn good way to get you to buy paints you don't use.

I used to have other printers and bought fake ink only to ruin the printer because the ink in the feed system was clogged. Lesson learned. Stick to the original refill packs.

I opened it today to replace another cartridge and it wasn't sealed which is the first thing I noticed. My printer wouldn't accept it and said it was out of ink. The cartridge was also not in a box like it always is when I bought it. Pretty sure someone switched and lured this to HP. I sent it back and need to order another one. Now I won't print any more ink until my new one comes along.

Installed this morning. Ran about 150 copies for my classes. I'm already getting a low ink notification from my computer. That should be enough for 200 copies. Very disappointed with this product.

I received this cartridge in a box. The cartridge, not in its protective packaging, appears to have been used. When it went into my printer it said the ink needed to be replaced. I had two for backup, both are the same. How is that possible? And both cartridges are heavier than the empty one I'm replacing. They appear to be filled with liquid. What's going on here?

These were purchased for a new HP printer after previous and other HP printer cartridges I have purchased through I did a "Reset Regionalization" on Revain to use the printer. Apparently some of the Revain 501-951 cartridges now only had CIS/Russia or USA/Canada only in the fine print, and the CIS cartridges, while working (earlier cartridges were universal for the country), reset the firmware in my printer. It took 2 months, 6 of my hours to resolve the issue after struggling to contact HP…

I have replaced my HP printer with a new one. Unfortunately the new printer didn't print and went back. The previous machine I had for a number of years used a different series of inks but they always worked with no problems. These cartridges are different from the previous type, but you can expect good results. Too bad I never got to use them, but the ink is their business and they do a lot of things.
