I received used defective cartridges
I received this cartridge in a box. The cartridge, not in its protective packaging, appears to have been used. When it went into my printer it said the ink needed to be replaced. I had two for backup, both are the same. How is that possible? And both cartridges are heavier than the empty one I'm replacing. They appear to be filled with liquid. What's going on here?
