So I bought these as they looked pretty good online when I got them one of the brackets had no drilled holes making it unusable. In the box was a cute little card that said if you had any problems email them, which I did. Well I never got a reply from anyone so I decided to return it and send another one. Holes were drilled in this one, but the bracket holding the hooks was bent. Frustrated, I was able to bend her back to become someone straight. Oh, and as others have pointed out, the mounting hardware (screws and dowels) is junk. There was no way to hold a couple of gym bags, baseball bats, etc. on it, so I used some heavy wall anchors that I already had. While this is a great idea for a product, they are overpriced as they are poorly made, with poor quality mounting hardware and poor customer service.
