I like that they are able to provide multiple ways in which our team can get reports out, so we don’t have one-off emails going missing or being sent at different times of day (i know this might be hard but some companies do it!).
It would also help if you could save your previous searches as an ‘automate search term/keyword list when creating next time - i think there is something similar built into google analytics too! This has helped us keep track better than previously using Excel spreadsheets alone & now having all information within 1 system makes life easier.
