I wish people would stop wasting other people's time looking at a product when they leave bad reviews about the always cheap name brand accessories that come with tools. Like the polishing pads in this set. They really aren't that bad. They are not top brands but do their job just as well. They can wear out faster, but it depends on what you're doing and if you know how to use them properly. I only got one pad and it was my fault, I tried to do too much too fast and the polish dried up and I buffed by heating for too long. No matter what brand you use the same thing will happen, 3m pads will do the same thing if you get confused. When I search for reviews I want to see reviews of the real tool, not a bad review left by an amateur because they don't know what they are doing and blame the seller or the manufacturer. I'm sorry I had to dig this out.
