This is a good support for weak or injured ankles. It's a little confusing at first how exactly it works and how to put it on, but you figure it out quickly. It has to be different in size because it doesn't always fit the same. If you have ankles or don't want something tight then this may not be for you. The mechanics are also a bit clumsy. I thought it would have a smoother movement, but it's fine for everyday use. I prefer the ankle velcro so maybe I'm excited by the versatility of its simplicity. Well made product, strong and sturdy.
