Love this thing! I was tired of lugging around a large number of water bottles every week and constantly refilling the trash with bottled water, so I wanted a refillable 5 gallon pitcher. But I didn't want to pay for dispensers. So I did a little research and found this little guy! I just have a pitcher on the floor and it's over a hole with a hose that goes to the floor to let water through the dispenser. A bit slow, but the battery lasts forever without recharging. And he gets every last drop from the jug. I am very satisfied and recommend it to anyone who is considering switching to reusable cans!
