About what you would expect for this price and even a bit more. The material is ok and it has held up a few times I've used it. I had to trim it to length which is what I expected when I bought it. It held a pound or so of whatever weight I put on it. I used it because I needed a costume for a fair my friends were attending and thought it was best for a costume only a few times. If you plan on using it more often get a stronger strap, but if you plan on using it infrequently I would suggest this.
