Great SLR Lenses Lenses

When I first saw this lens mentioned I was quite disappointed with its widest aperture of only 5.6. However, when I received this lens I fully understood why and understood what Fuji was aiming for. In short, this lens is amazingly sharp, very light, has amazing image stabilization and is the perfect all-round lens. I bet Fuji saw that they had already built the perfect 250mm lens and realized they didn't need to duplicate the 110-120mm lens mix and instead opted for an amazing all-around lens that's pretty easy to get wear is. I don't have a 50R but I think this lens will be very comfortable to wear and give great results. Personally, I mainly use this lens for landscape photography where I think it works perfectly as I can't find a weak point. . Of course it would always be better to have it faster, but you have to be aware of the limitations of physics in production. I've used it for portraits and found that it's quite good at separating subjects from the background. I have attached a photo which is not very good just as an example of where to see this. Bokeh is generally good, if not perfect, like a 110mm lens. I feel like it's a bit busier, but far from a poor performer. Both landscape and portrait shots were taken handheld at ISO 100 to show how amazingly the image stabilization works. This is very nice to have and allows you to get very good handheld shots at fairly slow shutter speeds. During testing, I found that I can take very sharp pictures even at shutter speeds of 1/10th of a second. I have absolutely nothing to complain about with this lens. The only thing I would have liked would have been to put an Arca-Swiss nameplate on the lens stem so it doesn't need to be attached, but it's actually pretty minor. I can only recommend this lens!
