Review on Boost Performance with Timbren DVRRT Suspension Enhancement System! by Prettyboy Capers

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Solid, easy to install product.

If you're mechanically inclined, this is an easy install for a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan. Since I don't have a lift, I loosened the wheel bolts, jacked up the center of the rear axle, and placed jacks on the frame about 12 inches in front of both rear wheels. I then removed both tires, then unscrewed the brake lines from the body. Unplug the body to allow the wires to hang freely. I removed the bottom bolts (size 18mm) from both shocks and left them hanging. The jack was then loosened and removed to allow the axle to be lowered so the springs would come out easily. Removed the top, then removed the original and inserted the new part. This direction was changed for assembly. You don't need a long 2x4 to get the axle high enough for the jack to go underneath. Make sure the springs are fully seated and centered before jacking up the axle. Raise it just enough to compress the springs and screw the shocks back in, then the break lines, and then reinstall the body plug. Mount and tighten tires. Raise the jack high enough to remove the jack legs. Lower the vehicle and tighten the wheel eyelet to specification. At this point, I jump onto the bumper and place the blocks. Both checked for ok. then loaded 1000 pounds. stuff in the back and noted that he no longer stooped low. I will post more after tow tests.
