Review on Teradici Cloud Access Software by Michael Hogate

It's very easy to use for our customers with minimal training required. The interface seems too complicated at first but we have had no problems so far using it as an admin portal only from usernames/passwords perspective! We are still looking into other features such as mobile access etc which would make this product perfect in many ways. Would love if they could provide more support options like phone calls or ticket system instead of emailing each time someone asks something simple about their account details (examples below). I'm working within IT Support team supporting multiple customer accounts - mostly small businesses who do not know how to manage there own data online through computers hence why we supply them via web hosting services provided by another brand called Hostgator.
