Great tool to collaborate with your colleagues and clients

The ability for me as one of my team members it allows us at any time we want access our data even if I'm not physically there (my office).The best thing about vorto crm are they have live chat integration which helps solving many issues that arise when you're working remotely! For example sometimes customers need some help after hours so using their Live Chat feature solves most problems without having them call back again next day asking what happened because he didn't receive response yet etc..

VorTo Crms support staffs could be more friendly but other than those things everything's great!! We use its main purpose being able find out who has contacted whom before reaching him/her personally by emailing his contact info directly instead sending mass emails like facebook does now days(which can get lost easily).

  • Also good user experience across all platforms such iOS , Android & web versions
Cons
  • Not much dislike honestly
