For example sometimes customers need some help after hours so using their Live Chat feature solves most problems without having them call back again next day asking what happened because he didn't receive response yet etc..
VorTo Crms support staffs could be more friendly but other than those things everything's great!! We use its main purpose being able find out who has contacted whom before reaching him/her personally by emailing his contact info directly instead sending mass emails like facebook does now days(which can get lost easily).
